Christian Science Society, Highlands
Welcome
We have been serving the Highlands community since World War II.
Over the past 85 years, we have shared inspiration and healings through the study of Christian Science, sponsored Christian Science lectures, and attended Inter-Faith Council Meetings.
We have also written articles for the local newspaper, distributed literature, made donations to the local food bank and to various local needs.
Everyone is welcome!
People remark how LOVED they feel walking into this precious church.

Sunday Services
Our Sunday morning service includes a sermon, prayer, the singing of hymns and a solo.
Our sermon focuses on a unique topic for each week.
It includes readings from our impersonal pastor, with citations from the Bible and our denominational textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by the founder of our church, Mary Baker Eddy.
Each weekly Bible Lesson sermon is available for study in advance and designed to address personal, global, social, and political issues–and most importantly help congregants discover the blessings of Christian living.
The same sermon is delivered in Christian Science churches around the world, uniting us with our global membership. Church on Sunday provides fellowship and healing inspiration that enriches lives in countless ways.
Testimony Meetings
The 3rd Wednesday of each month from June through October we host a one-hour Testimony Meeting. The first half of the meeting includes prayer, hymns, and readings from our Pastor, the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
The second half invites congregants to share remarks, spiritual insights, and healings they have had from their study of Christian Science. All are welcomed to these meetings.
Sunday School
Christian Science Sunday Schools welcome children and young people up to the age of 20.
