Our church is set in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Western NC, conveniently located in the town center of Hendersonville.
All are welcome to join with us as we come together twice each week for our Sunday service and our Wednesday evening testimony meeting…enjoying the beauty of friendship, the inspiration of prayer, our love of the Scriptures, and the blessings from the active healing love of God.

Sunday Services
We invite you to join us on Sunday morning as we sing hymns, pray, enjoy the inspiring soloist performance, and engage in Scriptural readings preceding the main feature – the Lesson Sermon.
The Weekly Lesson Sermon is from The Holy Bible, along with its companion, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science. These two books are our teachers and our only pastor.
All of us love studying the same Bible Lesson in our homes throughout the week, along with people around the world who love this unique Bible study.
The universal truth and love found in the Scriptures inspire all mankind, and teach us how Jesus loved and healed and how we can find harmony and healing ourselves.
Please join us as we engage in finding a deeper understanding of God and his loving creation.
Wednesday Evening Meetings
On Wednesday night, the meeting includes singing and prayer, with 15 to 20-minute readings from The Bible, and Science & Health with key to the Scriptures. The readings are well-chosen to address a need within the local or world community.
The second half of the 1-hour meeting is set aside for the sharing of gratitude, inspirations, and healings that have come from individual study and prayer. Sharing is always on a volunteer basis. And you are warmly welcome to these meetings.
Sunday School
Christian Science Sunday School is for youngsters up to the age of 20 and meets at the same time as our Church Service.
Sunday school lessons include the Ten Commandments, the Beatitudes, the spiritual and moral lessons from the ministry of Christ Jesus, the prophets, the disciples, and the apostles, and spiritual insights from the Christian Science textbook, Science & Health with key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy.
Each child learns of God’s love for them, how to pray, and how to apply the spiritual and moral teachings in the Bible to their daily lives.
Children’s Room
We have a nursery for those too young for Sunday school.
Child care is provided during our services.
Reading Room
Our Christian Science Reading Room is a library, a bookstore, and a quiet place to study and pray and to nurture your spiritual growth.
There is always a helpful host on duty to talk with you and help you find resources that might interest you in the Reading Room, and to answer any questions you may have about study materials or about Christian Science.
There are books and pamphlets that may be borrowed, and Bibles, Bible Concordances, Bible Dictionaries, and Scriptural Commentaries that may be purchased.
Also available are our textbook, Science & Health with key to the Scriptures, and a weekly and a monthly inspirational magazine and much more!
